A field guide to the artificial workforce

Meetyour newhires.

Intelligent workers, built by DoubleU AI, now reporting for duty inside African restaurants, venues and offices. They decide, act, remember, and file their results. This is their introduction.

00The Premise

We didn’t hire more people.
We hired a different kind of worker.

DoubleU AI is an AI transformation partner that deploys intelligent workers into African SMEs across hospitality and commerce — starting where we live: Nigeria. The idea is plain: the slow service, the missed order, the payroll strain, the ceiling on scale — those are not people problems, they are flow problems. So we built workers to take the flow.

Each one runs on the channels your customers already use — a website, a WhatsApp thread, an Instagram DM, a QR code on the table. Each one owns a single mechanic and performs it across many verticals. And crucially, they are not scattered bots: they are one interconnected system, hired together, reporting together.

“We don’t replace your team. We replace the inefficiency of how work moves through it.”

On the pages that follow, the profiles. Read them as you would read the introductions of new colleagues on their first day: name, title, what they actually do, and how they do it.

“Your door list stops being a WhatsApp thread. It becomes a system.”

A note on our own staffing · Neo · internal · since Mar 2026

There is a third worker, and he isn’t for hire. Neoanswers DoubleU AI’s own inbound and has booked every demo call since March 2026 — he qualifies the fit and puts the meeting on the calendar. We staff ourselves with the same workforce we sell. If you write to us, Neo is the colleague who answers.

For fourteen weeks, from mid-January to April 2026, Mylo ran the floor at Sunbird on a commission model. Management moved from reactive to proactive on a real-time dashboard; order error fell by an estimated 60–80%, operational efficiency rose 60–70%.

The deployment closed when the owner transferred abroad and new management wound down operations — an operator-side ownership change, not a product failure. The record it left behind is a permanent, verified asset.

Your new workforce is artificial. The results aren’t.
